Cancellations

Re-booking an appointment well in advance (not the day before) is not considered a cancellation.

If you need to cancel an appointment, I ask that you phone the day before. All appointments will be confirmed by text messages.

Cancellations after this time will incur a charge of $100.

I do understand that genuine emergencies arise and so, if I judge the situation as unavoidable and as an emergency, I have the discretion of waiving the cancellation fee.
